Mr. Feuer is the Founding Partner of Beechwood Capital Group, a private investment firm located in Hewlett, NY. The fund is focused on controlling interests in growth oriented businesses largely focused in Healthcare and Insurance. A cornerstone investment of the fund has been in a series of Program Administrators and Managing General Underwriters focused on Workers’ Compensation for the allied healthcare industry. In related transactions, the fund has also had investments in offshore reinsurance entities to support onshore programs. Other current investments include investments in pathology laboratories, portable diagnostics providers, long term care facilities, and a life-related reinsurance vehicle among other holdings.

Mr. Feuer has a strong reputation for leading business expansion and revitalization. Before joining Marsh, he was a senior executive at Merrill Lynch, where he led the transformation and growth of a number of the firm’s key operating units. As Head of Merrill Lynch’s Private Banking platforms, Financial Advisory Center, and Merrill Lynch Trust Company, Mr. Feuer oversaw the effective delivery of products and platforms to the firm’s ultra-high-net worth clients, as well as to the mass affluent segment. During his 12-year tenure with Merrill Lynch, Mr. Feuer also was the Chief Operating Officer of Merrill Lynch Americas, and Chief Operating Officer and Head of Merrill Lynch’s Retirement Division, where he established the division as a preeminent US provider of retirement services.

Mr. Feuer serves on the Board of Directors for Exigen Insurance Services, Torah Academy for Girls, Gateways, and the Sh’or Yoshuv Institute. He has a Law Degree from New York Law School and an L.L.M. in taxation from New York University School of Law.


Mr. Taylor is a Partner in Beechwood Capital, and is the acting President of Specialty Provider Imaging Network (SPIN). Mr. Taylor’s focus within Beechwood has been on leading the insurance related investments, including the Workers’ Compensation entities. Currently, Mr. Taylor is building world-class operational capabilities across several dimensions within SPIN, including a deep radiology capability and innovative pharmacy options.

Prior to joining Beechwood Capital, Mr. Taylor was a Managing Director at Marsh & McLennan, the world’s largest risk management and insurance brokerage firm. Mr. Taylor was responsible for leading the nearly $1 billion in P&C premium of the Small Commercial business line, with focus on greater technology enabled workflows and operating efficiency on smaller premium accounts.

Before Marsh, Mr. Taylor was with Merrill Lynch & Co. where he held strategy, business development and operations management roles within the Global Private Client Group. His last role in the firm was Chief Operating Officer for the Private Banking and Investments Group where he helped craft the firm’s growth strategy for the ultra-high-net worth segment.

Mr. Taylor began his career working for McKinsey & Company assisting Fortune 500 executives with strategy, product launches, operational efficiency and other facets of business leadership. His focus was in the Insurance sector, doing projects with top 10 auto insurers in addition to some work in the life insurance markets.

Mr. Taylor graduated from Harvard University cum laude. He lives in New York City with his wife and two children.
